			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: &quot;Book Antiqua&quot;; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">WHI is a state certified, nonprofit, community based organization (since 1966) whose programs are designed to provide culturally appropriate services including case management, transitional housing, substance abuse services, information &amp; referrals, meals, outreach to under-served populations, education and prevention activities.  This agency’s original intent in 1966 was to house, clothe, feed and offer the spiritual approach to recovery based on the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous to a male population.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Since its inception WHI has expanded its services in the community to serve its current population of Women and Men, individuals, Alcoholics/Addicts, Indigent &amp; Homeless individuals, Adolescents, and individuals recently released from incarceration.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span></span></span> </p>
